The event brought together young architects, urban planners, designers and artists from Ukraine and abroad. Around 340 final projects from 32 Ukrainian universities, as well as two Polish universities and one Lithuanian university were submitted to the Graduation-Projects-competition in the fields of architecture, urban planning, design, and art.
During the five-day event, lectures were given by renowned Ukrainian and international architects and academics, including Prof. Pilipp Meuser (Berlin), Prof. Mykola Bevz and Yuri Dyba (Lviv), and lecturer Tetyana Zhydkova (Kharkiv), Prof. Andriy Pavliv (Lviv) and practitioners from architectural firms including MAST and F5.
The event included scientific and methodological seminars, diploma thesis presentations, and a conference on the topic of 'Challenges and Prospects of Architectural and Art Education Development' with sixty-eight speakers.
In his closing remarks, Prof. Bohdan Cherkes, who is the founder of this annual all-Ukrainian exhibition and competition of Graduation Projects and initiator of the first event in 1995, praised its thirty-year history as a unique phenomenon in Ukrainian architectural and artistic education.
