“Recording Destruction: Reconstruction, Restoration, and a New Architectural Culture in Ukraine?”, International Workshop, Leipzig, Germany, April 3-4, 2025
This international workshop with experts from Ukraine, Germany and other European countries provided a forum for discussing current challenges and issues in Ukraine in light of Russia's ongoing war of aggression, as well as forward-looking approaches to reconstruction. It aimed to encourage listening and mutual learning, as Ukraine's experiences – precisely because of their extreme nature – can also provide lessons for the rest of Europe.
